Shipping charges are calculated on each individual order and are dependent upon shipment weight, destination and delivery method. Eastern Standard Time is used for all service deadlines.

Canada Post, FedEx, and Purolator is our preferred carrier and we ship via Ground as our standard delivery method unless we have specific directions otherwise from our customers (Ground and Second Day Air if available)

Orders received by 2 PM E.S.T. will be shipped the next day.

• Shipping charges are calculated at time of order entry and will be confirmed via email if ordered on-line and by your sales representative if ordering by phone.
• Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of the entire order being shipped at one time. If the customer requests multiple shipments then additional costs will be calculated and added to the order.
